The Town of Blooming Grove was notified by SafeBuilt that they will not continue our building permitting and inspection contract past December 31, 2025.

The City of Madison has agreed to take over the issuance of building permitting and inspection in the Town of Blooming Grove, beginning on January 1, 2026.  Permit requests and payments can be conducted online, beginning on January 1, 2026: https://elam.cityofmadison.com/CitizenAccess/Default.aspx.

Town staff will not have the ability to receive permits, receive payments, or answer questions about these processes after December 31, 2026.  Any permits issued by SafeBuilt that are not closed before January 1, 2026 will be completed by the City of Madison.
