I had an inquiry today about yellow flags popping up in April Hills.  I believe it may be related to underground fiber optic installation by Frontier.  I approved an application on September 12, 2025.  It is my understanding they will be eliminating the overhead wires, but we don't know when or whether the poles will be removed.
