Starting on Monday, May 12, 2025, I have received phone inquiries regarding letters related to charges for Drainage District 27.  The District, within the Town of Blooming Grove, is to the northwest and east/southeast of the Voit Farm.  

According to a Drainage District Board member, the charges are for the replacement of a culvert in 2024.  The District includes properties for which storm water drains into Starkweather Creek.  

I did attempt to contact Attorney Kevin Trost at 608-234-8054, but the voicemail was full and could not accept more messages.
